How does the Window Camera mount on glass?

The camera comes with a mounting sticker featuring strong adhesive on one side and hook-and-loop (Velcro-style) fastening on the other. Simply peel off the backing, stick the mounting sticker to a clean glass surface, then attach the camera firmly to the sticker. It holds securely and the sticker removes cleanly when needed.

Does night vision work through window glass?

Yes. Our SpectraVivid AI technology is specifically engineered to compensate for glass reflection and ambient light interference, delivering full-color night vision even through dual-pane windows.

What resolution does the camera record in?

Available in 3MP (2K) and 5MP (3K) configurations. Both support 24/7 continuous recording to a local MicroSD card (up to 256GB, card not included).

Is a subscription required?

No. All core features — 24/7 recording, AI detection, two-way audio — work without any subscription. Local storage means your footage stays on your device. Optional cloud backup available.
